Don’t Make Exceptions

When a mom or a student challenges your policies, don’t make exceptions even if it means that you lose the student. You have created a philosophy for how you want to run your school. You set up policies that help you and everyone else live up to the philosophy. Believe in who you are and what you want to accomplish. In the long run the respect that you gain and the example you set will bring you more students.
