Bolduc, Tammy

Tammy Bolduc began her career as a dance educator at North Shore Dance Academy in 1987. In 1994, she became the owner and director of N.S.D.A. and has enjoyed every minute, sharing her joy of dance with young ladies and gentlemen throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts. A few years ago, Tammy stepped back from teaching to become the full-time director of her school. Pre-pandemic she welcomed more than 680 students each week with 16 employees, including a faculty of 14. She creates the school’s annual programming and scheduling, leads a large team of dedicated faculty & staff, strategizes studio marketing, and much more. She is part of Rhee Gold’s Gold Alliance Leadership program, where she is mastering her business, leadership and presenting skills. She is a member of the International Dance Entrepreneurs Association, Dance Masters of New England and the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. Tammy’s studio culture is all about kindness among her dancers, teachers, staff, families and the greater community. At the DLTC, she will present the “Kindness Strategy” to help attendees grow their businesses, while creating a studio culture where everyone feels like family. Tammy is a mom of 3 sons, and a Nana of two adorable grandchildren. Her enthusiasm will inspire you to make changes that will create community and goodwill.
