The Ever-Growing Applications of AI for Your Studio

Back in 2023 I wrote a blog post on using AI in your studio, it largely focuses on using tools like Google’s AI, called Bard at the time, now known as Gemini and ChatGPT to help with marketing posts and naming programs for camp. Fast forward to 2025 and the capabilities of AI have expanded. Here’s a few ways that I’ve found AI has saved me massive amounts of time and energy while still reflecting my brand voice and the look and feel of my company.

Frustrated with your office layout?

Upload a few photos of your workspace from different angles and then prompt ChatGPT to suggest changes to improve the flow, create more space for storage, or improve customer experience. For me, I received feedback on placement of desks, chairs and optional purchases to improve flow.

Need to update your customer avatar?

Give a few sentences describing your ideal client to you AI tool. Feed it pain points of your current VIP customers, share demographic details such as millennial parents in a metro area that have two children, upload a few of your online reviews. Next, ask AI to give you a detailed description of your current customer avatar. Make sure to save this and then use it to write website copy, social media posts and email marketing campaigns.

Still working on your position descriptions?

AI will turn your bullet points, notes, and spoken word (more on that later) into a polished position description so you can spend more time screening and hiring and less time worrying about how to write the position up. One other thing you can do is upload your current position descriptions and ask ChatGPT to standardize them all - this is a game changer if each description was written years apart and there are inconsistencies.

Don’t know where to start, what to type or how to organize your thoughts into a prompt for AI?

Just talk to it! Both Gemini and ChatGPT allow you to enable your microphone and talk to it like a human. I prefer ChatGPT’s interface for this - I just turn it on and talk through what I’m thinking. After I’m done, it will give me an audio response followed by a full written transcript that I can copy and paste.

Struggling to respond to THAT customer?

Go ahead and paste that challenging email into AI for some assistance. Skip the drama and get some levelheaded responses, saving you a ton of time. Once you get your first suggested response, go ahead and prompt again to either soften the tone, leave the door open for future interactions, state certain facts, omit certain unnecessary details, etc. Remember to re-prompt until you get things just right.
