What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments and intakes to create individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to clients via telehealth.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic client care.
Stay up to date on mental health trends, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
Active state licensure as a mental health professional (LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.).
Experience providing telehealth therapy (preferred).
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
