The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role allows professionals to launch or grow their private practices with support from Headway. This position offers flexible scheduling, marketing support, and hassle-free insurance credentialing, helping clinicians to efficiently manage their workload while providing quality care to patients. With opportunities for telehealth and in-person sessions, LCSWs can tailor their practice to meet their needs and those of their clients.

Wage: Between $90-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
