Position Title: Assembler-Plastic

Wage: $16/hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 11:30pm-7:30am

A leading custom injection molding company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Plastic Assemblers to join their team in Sussex, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling plastic parts, inspecting finished products for quality, and packaging goods for shipment in a clean and team-focused manufacturing environment. Assembler-Plastic Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble plastic parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Perform visual and manual inspection of parts for quality defects (flashing, discoloration, short shots, etc.)
- Trim excess plastic, apply labels or decals, and complete any post-molding operations
- Use hand tools or small machinery as needed to complete assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Accurately complete production documentation and meet hourly production goals
- Collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors as needed

Assembler-Plastic Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly a plus, but not required – willing to train
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
