I am so grateful to be able to spend my life around dance and in the arts . . . I work everyday to be the best role model possible for my students—hoping to "teach by being" and to demonstrate the combination of mental, physical, and spiritual health that will enrich their lives. I try to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle, education, and respect.

Because there is nothing more beautiful to me than ballet and ballet related forms of  dance, I have felt threatened by the influence of "Pop Culture" and by some of the provocative photos appearing in dance magazines and used to sell dance products. I was worried that they were taking people away from appreciating the true beauty of a timeless art form. I was also concerned about demeaning dancers or taking away from the image of the dancer as an artist—not just for myself but for the dancers of the future.

Today I received your latest and my first issue of Goldrush. It made my day and I wanted to thank you personally for the beautiful cover photo and "words from the publisher."

I am humbled by your insight and after looking through your magazine have decided that I want to take advantage of every opportunity to learn from your experience and good sense. You have a gift with words and ideas and have chosen to use it all in a fantastic way. I am really impressed.

I read the recent edition of Goldrush from cover to cover, and it left me wanting more. I was especially taken by the article about your family. It was a wonderful tribute to your history and to your memories. I had the privilege of being one of your Mother's colleagues and although our students often were in the same competitions, we always shared mutual respect. She was one of the most creative dance educators I have known in my 52 years in the business. Today she would be so proud of her twin sons who chose different paths in the dance world but who are both extremely creative and successful.

Let me say, your magazine has been an absolute godsend!  By sending me the encouragement I needed and at the times I desperately needed it. So many times I've wanted to run away, but your words inspire me so . . . always reminded me of "why I'm doing this."  Thank you Rhee for being there for my instructors, our board members, our children and their parents!  Thank you for being there for me!  Don't stop sending us your expertise and encouragement.

You are providing valuable information and insight to our business, and appreciate all the up-to-date concepts and ideas. Also, thanks for validating what we have done right since 1960. We will be celebrating our 45 anniversary recital this year!

Your Goldrush magazine is wonderful! It's so easy to relate to and offers topics that we, as dance educators, are interested to learn more about! I anticipate each issue and share them with my staff and dancers. Big kudos to you!

I just finished reading "Gold Family History." It is quite a legacy and name you have to be proud of! I commend you Rhee on all you have done and continue to do in the big yet small dance world.

Congratulations on your Goldrush magazine. I am convinced you are able to read my mind. Your Goldrush timing on dance teacher's thoughts, ideas and concerns is amazing.

Thanks for sending me what I call a "Goldmine!"
